I'm making a two tier chocolate cake for Christmas, and now I just need to find a recipe for a good filling. I was following a recipe book but it's been misplaced and I can't find it, but I did remember the recipe included double cream for the filling. So I've already bought the cream and some cherries to put in it.
But I just need a recipe now for a filling which includes double cream!
Otherwise I'm a bit stuck, so any recipes you have or even website addresses which include double cream being used for the cake filling, would a great help.
