I want to do my paper on something less discussed but i think that will be very difficult. If anyone has any suggestions i would really appreciate it. Thanks everyone.

Currently, Federal law does not allow US pennies made of 100% copper to be smelted down to capture the cooper which is more valuable than the face value (1 cent).
If these per 1955(// check this date) could be re-cycled what would the cost benefit be in terms of less pollution to create copper from ore mining and smelting. Would teh removal of the unused pennies sitting in piggy banks add to the economy?

How would Congress keep from having to make more pennies (partially cooper) that actually cost two or three times their face value? ((Have prices rounded to the nickel))

Economics what is the impact of Companies taking stockholder funds and donating them the 501(C) that influences the elections (Citizen United Ruling). What would be the impact of stockholder initiatives that require the company officers to publish the contributions or at least the amount donated to such "free speech orgs"
