Yankee Fried Chicken
Season some flour with salt and pepper, preferably with some Old Bay Seasoning. Wash your chicken, dredge it in the flour, then in beaten egg, then in cracker crumbs. You can make cracker crumbs by putting saltine crackers in a food processor. Cook them in oil on high until done, about 20 minutes or so depending on whether it's bone-in or boneless chicken. Should be golden brown and the juices should run clear.
