Does anyone have the Motorola Backflip?

I really want it, but on the AT&T site the reviews weren't too great. I'm asking here because they aren't that great on ANY phone AT&T has, plus I'm dying to have this phone.
Is the keypad functional and easy to use? Does the touchscreen work well? How long have you had your phone? On some of the reviews, people said if you upgrade to 2.1 it works better. Have you had experience with this?
I am switching from an iPhone, but it's first generation and doesn't have 3G or picture messaging.
Anything you can tell me will be helpful. =)
 
Actually the phone is so bad at&t is not selling it anymore, its still on the website because thhey want to get the remaining phones they have in stock out most are refurbs anyways, the phone actually runs on 2.2 because there was a major crashes with the phone that android had to push the update quick, I work at at&t and do not recommend the phone all we have is returns.
 
i wouldn't recommend the backflip because it seems very outdated. It is running Android 1.5 and doesn't look like it has very great specs.
 
my friend got one and it crashed within the first two weeks.

get the samsung captivate (i think its called that)
or an iphone 4 which i have and jailbreak it
