Does anyone have tips/advice, or a dress pattern similar to this dress...?

This dress is from Urban Outfitters, but it is not avaliable in Australia so I have decided to try make it. Does anyone have any tips?? Has anyone made a dress like this before? Similar?

It is a darling summer dress!

You should be able to find a similar pattern from a fabric store. But the thing that makes this dress look so unique and feminine is that the upper ruffle, skirt, and skirt ruffle are all cut on a circle. You will only get that look if you find a way to cut your dress out that way, not from a straight piece. Good luck!
