Does anyone here have any advice on a Blue-Ray Burner (Internal)?

The one thing I know is I don't want Lite-on(they suck). Was wondering if LG or Plextor is best (or Pioneer or HP). I had a Sony DVD burner die on me and replaced it with Lite On (Crashed around a yr later, spinning device was at fault). I need an internal model, done really care about lightscribe. When I had a DVD I never used it (I think printing is better). Cant say I ever used the "RW" feature neither. I do want 12x as it will only get faster I'm guessing. One other question, does the on board cache mem matter like 8mb vs 4mb?
