does anyone know a recipe for mini potatoes?

a long time ago one of my friends mom invited me for dinner so i went. she made these potatoes there called mini potatoes there like the size of pingpong ball i guess you could say maybe just a tiny bit smaller. but i dont know how she made them taste so good..
does anyone have a delicious recipe for making miniture small potatoes
 
Well I bake my mini red skin potatoes. I wash them well then cover them and the pan with olive oil. I cut them in half and add adobo seasoning and salt to them and bake them until you can poke a fork into them. Make sure u dont bake them for too long though. They taste pretty good with salmon, yum.
 
I worked in a airline kitchen we used canned small whole potatoes drained
then deep fried till golden brown
they were really good
