...Vancouver complains about rain?
This question has nothing to do with complaining about rain or whether one lives in Vancouver or not. I am trying to find this real song that I heard on the radio more than 20 years ago. Its main focus is on someone experiencing extreme winter weather (lots of shovelling snow, very cold). He finally gets to his mailbox to find a postcard from his aunt complaining about the rain. The idea being that the card rubs salt in his wounds. He has had it with winter! He envies his aunt.
