apps and themes cannot be moved between memories. Go settings - application manager - installed apps. All ur apps and themes will be listed. On the right of each app is a little symbol. If its saved on ur memory card, a little symbol appears, it looks like a little memory card on its side.
If u see that they are in ur memory card, thats ok. If not, u need to delete them, to do this u have to long press til the word 'uninstall appears'. When u download apps, it gives u the choice of where to save them. If u use the app store its even easier, in ur account area of the app store, go to 'installation preferences' and set ur memory card there.
If u have everything on ur card, and u still get that message, it could be other things. Go to ur file manager in ur office app. Go to phone memory and look thru folders and subfolders of images, video clips and sounds. U can move things by selecting options - mark all. Then long press one item and a menu will pop up, select 'move to folder' and choose memory card, and the appropriate folder. Go into ur camera and video too, select settings, and make sure ur default image and video saving memory is the card.
If u still get the memory full msg, u have too many apps open. Use options - show open apps, thats at the bottom left of ur screen. Tap on the 'x' on each open app to close it. U have to exit apps properly by choosing options - exit, even for phone apps like gallery, settings, messaging, etc..
