I am doing a project and I need to figure out how the spanish language was introduced to the native of Cuba
 
Christopher Columbus was the first to stumble upon Cuba in 1492 but it is the Spanish soldier Diego de Velázquez who founded the first Cuban colonies in the early 1500's. Here's a website that can help you:

Spanish settlers from Europe. They are the reason for all of the Hispanic blood lines in the Americas.
