i installed the android 2.2 firmware and now my phone does not work. i cannot access my settings, i cannot add shortcuts, widgets, or folders to my home screen. and the settings paret is the most important. any help would be alot of help, thanks!
i downloaded the firmware from the samsung website.
also the only form of master reset i could find was holding BOTH volume keys and powering it on but none o the options did anything. i read that you master reset by just holding down the volume down key but that does not do anything.
also i just traded an iphone 4 for this and i am really disapointed in the android system when ive only had it for a few weeks
