does anyone know if tmobile has a international text messaging plan?

like i pay 3.99 or what ever for 500 text message or something like that but my bf is currently in mexico and will be for a while and its 35 cents every time he sends me a text or i send him. i was wondering if they have some monthly fee or something like that for itnernational texts. i would call but would rather ask here first then waste my time.
