Does anyone know the exact key presses for lg ks360 to change the usb data type?

My screen as gone and I want to sync all my contacts etc. Its currently in file transfer mode so I need to know the exact key presses to change the usb data type so I can sync it using the sync software. Any help greatly appreciated =)
