...few years back? Ok I need some help here. Lately I've been looking for an RTS/Strategy game I once saw reviewed on X-Play. It was a few years back and I can't remember the title for the life of me. I remember it took place mostly in space and that you can design your ships. Also I remember that you could use diplomacy in it. Please help me out here!
