Does anyone know the recipe for Kenny Rogers Roasters Sour Cream & Dill Pasta Salad?

I'm hoping that someone somewhere has this recipe for the KRR Sour Cream & Dill pasta salad. It was the best so, naturally, it's not available anymore!
