Does anyone know where I can find a copy of Skindive's second album Precious?

The Irish band Skindive had a second album ready to be released called Precious. Due to label issues the album never came out. However, the first single Falling Down received a bit of radio airplay.My guess is that the album may exist through promotional copies that were given to dj's/magazines and whatnot. Anyhelp, in getting these tracks either hard copy or mp3 would be great.

Unfortunately it never saw the light of day, I never even could find a demo or anything
