Does anyone know why some bittorrent downloads just grind to a halt?

Does anyone know why some bit torrent downloads just seem to grind to a halt even though you have decent download speed and there's still plenty of seeders? For example, the one in question here, plodded nicely all the way up to 99.1% and just seems to have stopped. The bt client is still reporting dl of over 200KB a sec.

It's either because the seeders have all of a sudden stop seeding or your router stopped sending packets. If I were you I would just go down to the router and reset it, if it's yours. If it's your neighbors just go to bed and it should restart by morning.

right click on the torrent concerned - if the availability bar at the bottom is red it means that seeders have stopped or there is a problem.
If its solid blue then it is working, if its broken blue then it will be slow.

Be patient or restart using a different torrent provider perhaps
