It's Hyundai Accent.
Basically when starting the car, the revs are stuck at 1 with white smoke coming out of the back. Then after about 20 mins it seems to clear itself and the car runs perfectly.
It could be the throttle box. Any ideas how much it may cost?
It's a 2003 car. The standard ECU test hasn't foud any fault.
The car will pump out black smoke just before it works fine.
