Does anyone remember a toy from the 70's that was called "Toggles"?

It was a large set of plastic interlocking blocks, battery packs, pcs. that looked like straws, plastic "heads" and you could build things like ferris wheels etc. They were yellow squares, purple triangles, green straws and other stuff that I'm too old to remember! Please help.

Yes, and they also had metal rods and black platic wheels. I also remember my set having a blue bendable robot/man that looked like he was made from nuts and bolts. . .though maybe that is something I got that I just kept with my Toggles. I loved them so I'm mad at myself for having gotten rid of them at a garage sale soooooo many years ago.
