Clinton? I don't. And those of you that don't remember Bush did inherit a recession, look it up.

Please don't bring of the phony surpluses that never actually existed.
Andrew I have looked it up. Maybe you should too. Projected surpluses that never occured are not real in most peoples minds.
Clinton added 1.6 trillion to the national debt during his term as well.
