I AM NOT talking about Lucy Van Pelt from the Peanuts or I love Lucy. I'm talking about the little girl named Lucy who would get in trouble at school for day dreaming and "falling into her lessons" and what not. I cannot find her anywhere on the internet!
 
Maybe you mean Little Lulu. Is this the girl?
