Learning to drive (especially in a fast big city) isn't easy and it takes lots of practice to become a good driver... I'm 19, got my permit licence at 17 and my driver's licence at 18... but does anyone not have there driver's licence and is over 18 years of age? Is it sad if you still don't have your driver's licence by age 21? Because it is said that having your licence before your 21 is a must! Which is very true because how else would you get from place to place? and relying on others isn't always dependable.
