P Pax2U New member Feb 28, 2009 #1 I'm on a detox diet, and i'm recommended to eat certain fruits. I'm not a very keen fruit-eater, so i decided to throw them in the blender and make a smoothie. Does this make them less nutritious, or cancel some of their properties?
