Does Christianity and Judaism share the same God?

The christians claim so, and further claims that their god is a triune (trinity) god.
The jews deny any trinity, and say that their god is different than the christian god.

Yes! to your main question.
Jews and Christians share some basic beliefs like a form of after life, only the Jewish one is rather more complicated and depends upon the life you have lived on Earth.
The Ten Commandments were given to the Jewish people by Moses
They have many Festivals at the same time of the year, as do other Religions. For example - the festivals held around the middle of December marking the Winter Solstice.
The Christian "Lord's Prayer" as given by Jesus to his followers in the New Testament, can be found in a similar form in the Old Testament
Don't forget that Jesus was a Jew, not a Christian, so many of his teachings were based upon his own Religion.

Technically they both worship the God of Abraham.
However, both religions have a completely different idea of God that doesn't remotely resemble one another.

Jews believe that God is singular and indivisible.
Trinitarian Christians believe that God is split into three entities, and that God came in the form of Jesus.

Christianity and Judaism believe in God the Father, Yahweh. Unlike Judaism, Christianity also believes in the second and third manifestation of God as the Son, Jesus Christ and as the Holy Spirit. These three are one.

No.. They don't Christians Believe Jesus Christ PBUH .. is God.. so wrong.. Separation from Religion of ABRAHAM comes when you do Idol worship.. Peace

Yes. Christians and Jews share the same God the Father. They just don't believe Jesus is the Messiah, but they will when He comes back at the end of the Tribulation as King of Kings.

Absolutely we do.

Us Christians just believe that Jesus is the promised Christ, the Messiah. The Jews are still waiting. They are looking for a King, an earthly one. A warrior, one who will lead and make Israel free forever.

The god of Judaism considers Jews his "favored people," has not yet sent the promised messiah, and still requires adherence to Mosaic law.
The god of Christianity does not consider any ethnic group "favored," has sent the promised messiah, and no longer requires adherence to Mosaic law.

I can't see how anyone could consider two claimed "gods" with such different agendas and attributes and rules and actions "the same."

I am a Christian. Christians and Jews share and worship the exact same God. Are you familiar with The Holy Bible? Jews only believe the Old Testament is the true and inspired word of God and so that is what the Hebrew/Jewish Bible contains. Christians believe the Old and New Testaments to be true. Christians believe Jesus Christ to be savior and Son of God. Jews generally see Him as a false prophet. Christians normally don't celebrate Passover or Hanukkah except for certain Hebraic Root groups and Jews generally don't celebrate Christmas. If they do they only celebrate Santa Claus and family.
