does dish network and comcast have same channel?

ok like i said in title do they have the same channels but is the difference that the channel numbers are difference and the package of number of channels you buy so if you were to buy the biggest package each provider give the most channels would most or all of them be the same name of channel just number woul be different

simple answer is yes. include Direct TV in that. you might find 1 or 2 channels that are carried by one but not the other. DIY channel or something, but for the most part they all have Lifetime, CNN, Disney, whatever, just different numbers. and, surprise, surprise, they are all about the same amount of money per month, also. whoda thunk it ?
