Does every Lexus IS250/350 come equipped with 6 Cylinder fuel injected system? ?

I'm looking into buying a car and have been checking online. some vehicles (referring to Lexus IS250/350's) were posted as "6 cylinder", the others were posted as "6 cylinder; fuel injected". I was just wondering if there's a difference because there is definitely a price difference. Any info would help. Thanks
 
As far as i know, every gas powered vehicle (built 1990+) on the planet has a fuel injected system.
The price difference is the engine size, the IS250 is a 2.5liter v6 less power better fuel ecomony. IS350 3.5liter v6 more power less fuel economy.
