I bought GNC brand Amplified 189 creatine for $30 a few weeks ago. I've never taken creatine before and I heard that pills when taken properly can have the same effects as monohydrate. I've taken them every day for three weeks , 4 pills a day with a fruit juice. I take musclelmilk protein with it every day and I drink over a gallon of water per day. So far I've noticed more fatigue than without it. I have gained two pounds tho. does this actually work?
