Does god care how you became christian?

I became christian after i found out kanye west is a christian but i don't read the bible or go to church is this okay?
 
It's not possible to just become a Christian unless God accepts you which occurs when your prayer for the Baptism of the Holy Spirit and forgiveness of sins is answered.When that occurs,the Holy Spirit will give you the desire to read the Bible and go to church. :all mighty:
 
Since it bothers you, read your bible and find a church to go to.
