Does God have a sense of humor?

I think so.

I have been trying to get a new job. I am sick of the company I work for, the pay is low, they keep screwing me over, and I would love to ask my boss out, I can tell she likes me.

But I can't seem to find anything! The twisted part is I make like $24k a year, that is nothing.

I wonder of God is finding this whole thing funny.

Yes compare to the man who lives in a train station he may find your view of what you got funny, some people the even got no hands or feet or eyes but you focus on what you don't got... Trust me you have a lot more to loose. Just a little some thing to think about.

While I do believe God has a sense humor I don't believe he laughs at our suffering. The country's economy sucks because we as a nation made some stupid choices. God will be there for you, but he's not a miracle cure to life. By standing with you through your trials he hopes to make you a stronger better person.

Yes, but most of the jokes He would tell, we wouldn't get. As to your situation: I don't think He finds it funny. Worse, He may find it pathetic if you're not improving yourself through education to rise to a higher job level. He gave you a brain; are you developing and using it?

Of course God has a sense of humor. There's a plethora of things that are amusing in this world.
I'm sorry about your job situation. But at the very least, at least you HAVE a job.
Some of us aren't that blessed to be employed at the moment.
