Does it cost more to route Verizon Fios to multiple TVs, as opposed to just one?
You will need a set top box for each TV for a separate signal.
I did get around that for a certain part of the house with a HDMI amplifier/splitter. The other room has in it an infrared repeater to relay the signals to the box. Two TVs get the same signal. Remote war on.
So in essence yes you need boxes to get full access. You can network route some things, but you will have limited access to TV.
