does it hurt EXTREMELY worse when you get tour tongue re-pierced?

i wanted to get my tongue re-pierced and i was wondering would it hurt EXTREMELY BAD ,.,as it did before ,.if so is there ANYTHING there is i can buy at walgreens to numb my tounge COMPLETLEY ???

Ii have had my tongue pierced twice - it didn’t hurt me the first time, so a little hard to comment.
