Does it make anybody else upset how some people can afford their beer

and cigarettes........? but they can't afford food so they have to get food stamps? And some can't afford rent so they live in public housing, yet they can afford their $500 car payment. Some people have to get assistance paying for their electricity and water bill but they have no problem paying the bill for their satalite TV and cell phones. Does this bug anybody else?
