I'm not sure what's causing this, but whenever i'm going into a relationship with a guy i always freak out. i feel like i'm locked in a room and kicking against the door to get out. it happened with my last one, i liked him but as soon as we were officially going out, 5 hours later i told him that we had to break up. Now theres a guy i really love, but just thinking about us being in a relationship scares me for some reason.
last year i really trusted a guy and after going out for a month he flirted with my cousins, and called them whores. when i yelled at him for that he punched me in the face (and he was a football player so it HURT.) whats causing my panic when it comes to relationships? maybe im afraid of getting punched in the face? Help?
