Kale is very high in beta carotene, vitamin C, lutein and zeaxanthin and reasonably rich in calcium.

Etodolac is the International Nonproprietary Name (INN) of 1,8-diethyl-1,3,4,9-tetrahydropyrano-[3,4-b]indole-1-acetic acid (empirical formula C17H21NO3), also sold under the trade name Lodine. It is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It is used to treat pain associated with arthritis and other conditions.
Kale: Kale (also called Borecole) is a form of cabbage (Brassica oleracea Acephala Group). Kale is considered to be one of the most highly nutritious vegetables, with powerful antioxidant properties and is anti-inflammatory. Kale is very high in beta carotene, vitamin C, lutein and zeaxanthin and reasonably rich in calcium.
