does limiting WHERE you express yourself infringe upon free speech?

You can't hold up signs supporting terrorism in front of the white house, you can't show signs with obscenities in front of a school..... So how would it infringe on the rights of "funeral protestors" to give them geographical limitations to their demonstrations? like, say, a 3 block radius? Their free speech is still intact and they are still able to assemble.

of course, I'm talking about the people who protest soldier's funerals
