does my 4 year old see my unborn children?

i have a 4 year old...hes actually my step son, but i am adopting him soon. His real mother is not in his life and he looks to me as his mother and calls me mommy...the weird thing is i think he sees my unborn children with his father, which is odd because we are not blood related but maybe its because my unborn children would be from his father. ive had 2 ,medical abortions since ive been with my husband. When my 4 year old plays in his room or in the bath, and i ask him what hes doing, he says "mommy im playing with the two children." he says its a boy and a girl. when i had my first procedure i had a dream of seeing a baby boy in a blue light, if that is the case and that was my first child, i think my 4 year old could possibly be right about the children, them being a boy and a girl.

do you think he could possibly see them?
who do u think "the children" could be?
