Does my Advent 4211 have a bluetooth device?

No reference made in eqpt. manual although it shows bluetooth capability on the feature label. I have been trying to transfer picture files from my phone. If a device is there is it switched on via software or via a switch or function key?. I have been thro all the windows software wizards-each time I try to enable device it fails to detect my phone or says not ready. Phone BTdefinitely works.
