My classes first speech is tomorrow and we have to do it on ourselves. We could bring something in to represent us, or talk about a value etc. I've given presentations before but never speeches so I am unsure if this is how it should sound or if it's ok for the first speech. It's only supposed to be a minute long and it has to be in this format.
Any advice? Thank you!

Introduction: Picasso has been in my life for three years. Now, you may be wondering who exactly Picasso is. He is the Appendix Horse in this picture and he has changed my life in two ways, my past and my future.
Transition: A major way Picasso has affected me is my past.
Body
I. There are so many ways he has affected me so here are two:
A. He was crazy so I learned to ride better
B. We struggled with the sport Eventing since he was new to it, so we overcame important obstacles
C. My horse is very kind and he helped me to be more caring in life as well.
Transition: Another way Picasso will affect my life is my future.
A. He has learned to trust me so now; I will be able to fully trust him also.
B. He will help me move up the levels in my sport Eventing.
C. Since we have overcame obstacles in the past, we have both gained more confidence
Transition: So, he clearly has made quite a few differences in my life.
Conclusion: As you can see, my horse, Picasso, has made my life awesome. He has affected my past and he certainly will affect my future in every possible way.
