Does my kia 2002 come equipped with shock absorbers or struts?......&?

when do I know if they should be replaced? the car has apx 64,000 miles. Thanks!!!
No heavy loads ever, maybe once since I bought it. I will try to push it down to see how many times it bounces. Trying to be pro-active. Thanks.

it all depends on what you been putting in there heavy loads? you know when to replace them when you push the car down and it does not stop bouncing in 1-2 bounces
