Does N.A.A.C.P. stands for Nagging African Americans Complaining Pointlessly?

I'm just saying the Baltimore Chapter who I grew up hearing complaints from non-stop yet I didn't see advancement in African American neighborhoods of the city. I heard a complaint last year that at a Baltimore market that was predominantly African American had a discriminatory practice in forcing all customers who bought Alcohol to buy Food as well while predominantly White markets did not have the same policy and would let customers buy straight Alcohol. In Baltimore if you don't know there are more stores that sell Alcohol in African American neighborhoods than any other sorts of stores hence accurately defining how the NAACP's P stands for Pointless. My point is I don't feel the NAACP is interested in advancement and is more interested in nagging and complaining. I've heard worse spellings of the NAACP involving the N-word and Pistol so I'm thinking Nagging African Americans Complaining Pointlessly is a more clever and more accurate description of one of the most currently useless organizations in America.
