I have a e8400 cpu and ran OCCT for an hour and got some data back, min temp: 36, max: 56. degrees cel
But before I overclocked the cpu temp was 36 and 37 degrees celcius at 3.0GHz.
After it was overclocked at 3.7GHz the temp remained the same.
Isn't temp supposed to change?
And this is prob obvious but how do I know if it is stable? If all the results come back and theres no error, right?

Thanks guys

u did'nt need help uve already done it. And the answer is yes. If it work harder then it must create more heat. Pure Physics and Chem.
