Does Phonezoo charge fees or charges for sending ringtones?

Nope. I've used them from time to time....you can search for ringtones or even make them yourself, all for free. Have fun.
 
nope! not at all.... if you want actual songs you can try searching up the song you want on zedge.com .....then save it to your pc and open the file into phonezoo
