My girlfriend has a viral infection (Doctor informed her) and now I have just caught the early symptom signs, But what I wondered was how does (If it does) physical fitness effect how the body deals with cold flu's and virus? I went for an 80mile (125km) cycle and it didn't bother me this morning, I've not been ill in many years and I exercise everyday. I am currently in training and cycling 400-500miles a week. Question is, will I fall flat on my face for 10 days or will I still have a get up and go? and also will I recover faster? I fly out to china in 4 days and i also don't want to pass it on.
