people say no, but someone else with the same d/c problems as me said reformatting fixed the problems right away.
 
i guess you talked about website.

1. usually, that website contain alot of flash, ad, etc etc etc that can eat most of your internet bandwidth and make it appear slow.

2. usually those website use tracking cookies and similar spyware that also can slow you down.

try to use a pop-up blocker and if u use firefox, use flashblock add-on. scan your comp for virus and spyware.
