Does Publisher's Marketplace have more info than I can get for free?

I have exhausted agent query, done searches for publishers accepting unagented manuscripts and spent hours online finding agents that represent romance or paranormal romance. I have sent out 28 queries (gotten 8 rejects) and while I'm preparing my next round of queries I wanted to know what you do when you've contacted everyone?

I make sure that the agents I'm querying work in my genre, are accepting submissions, etc.

I'm leery of Publisher's Marketplace because I don't know if I can get what they provide for free - I'd be ticked to spend $20 to find they have the same list of agents.
Again - don't want to spend money to get the same list of agents that I can find for free on AgentQuery or a Google search.
