I am planning a trip to Puerto Rico soon for Puerto Rico but I have heard that people sometimes get charged thousands of dollars when using thir phones out of the US. Currently I have unlimited talk text and web and can call to PR for free but I don't know if Puerto Rico is roaming or not. I called them and got two very different answers. So I need a third opinion. Is Puerto Rico counted as domestic or International by T-mobile? Will I be able to make unlimited calls and text? Can I use unlimited data also since this is included in my plan?
