gear? One more question? I stay in top gear because I get more distance per pedal rotation, so I stick with that.
But since it's harder to pedal in top gear then it is to pedal in a lower gear, do you burn more calories and gain more muscle?
And one last question, for the rest of the summer, I'll be riding my bike about 7 miles 4 days a week. That's a round trip for football practice, and when school comes around, I'll be riding my bike 2 miles for a round trip for school, then 7 miles for football practice, probably about 3 days a week.
So with that, along with a regular easy going workout routine at home 5 days a week, how long do you think it will take until I get a flat, toned (six pack) stomach?
I already have huge arms, shoulders, calves, and decent thighs, now I just need stomach and chest, and I'm good to go.
My stomach workout routine would be sit ups, and leg raisers.
So, answer those 2 questions well and easy 10 points.
Btw, I'm 13.
