does rogers cable have computers that you can lease?

just wondering a friend told me about this does rogers cable offer computers to lease and a monthly fee goes on your bill i know bell used to do this or does bell still do ???
 
any computer manufacturer will lease you a computer for 2 years at a rate of 15 to $22 a month (depends on specs). id recommend going with an HP, they tend to be more high quality and stable.
