Does shopto.net sell EU games instead of UK games?

I went to GAME to trade in naruto shippuden ultimate ninjastorm generations and the guy daid that they apparently don't have the game on their system, he said that it might be a Europe version of tue game. If so does that mean that my PS Vita that bought from them it not from the UK? And/or any of the other games that i have bought from them
