Does smoking affect Tachycardia?

I'm really worried about Miley. After she's been caught smoking, I've been really worried about her tachycardia. Can it cause problems?

I can see it being bad for her health. Since smoking results in a lower net amount of oxygen reaching your blood, your heart would have to work harder in order to deliver the same amount of oxygen to your body, which would probably mean an even higher necessary heart rate.
